Please be aware you must be seen for a consultation before we are able to book your dog onto our rota unless you are a previous client. The consultation will give us the chance to meet you and your dog(s) and to go through the relevant paperwork and personalised care plan. It is best we come and see you in your home so you can show us where everything will be and how you want us to conduct our visit. Please organise for a spare key to be collected before we arrive to speed up the booking process.
