DOG DAYCARE
These terms and conditions may be updated or amended from time to time, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by any changes made to these terms and conditions.
By using our dog daycare services, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms and conditions, please contact us before using our services.
DOG WALKING
HOME SITTING
You must ensure that your home is well secured, all windows and doors locked and any house alarms set before you leave your home under the responsibility and care of Little Paws staff. If anyone else is to be entering your home other than our members of staff while you are away, please ensure that you notify us of these visitors and supply us with their contact details to ensure the safety and security of your property and its entirety while you are away. You must supply us with a key to your home and any security codes for house alarms so we are able to deliver this service for you. Keys and alarm codes are kept in a safety deposit box and are not marked with addresses or client contact details.
SMALL PET SITTING
10. Death or Illness: While we make every effort to provide a safe and healthy environment for all pets in our care, there is always a risk of illness or death. In the event that a pet becomes sick or dies while in our care, we will make every effort to contact the owner or emergency contact as soon as possible. We will also take the pet to the veterinarian or emergency clinic specified by the owner or use our judgment in the absence of instructions. The owner is responsible for all veterinary fees incurred as a result of the pet's illness or injury. If a pet dies while in our care, we will follow the owner's instructions for disposition of the body or make a reasonable effort to contact the owner or emergency contact for instructions. We will not be responsible for any emotional distress, loss of companionship, or other damages resulting from the pet's death.
By using our pet boarding services, customers acknowledge and accept the risk of illness or death, and agree to hold our company and its employees harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from such an event
11. Customers must take every effort to view the boarding facilities prior to their booking whether online or in person. By booking services with us, customers agree that they are happy with the conditions and boarding facilities provided.

TRANSPORT
Pet Transportation Safety: We take the safety of your pet seriously and will make every effort to ensure your pet is secured safely during transportation. All dogs must be secured with a harness or collar and leash, and must remain secured for the entire duration of the transport. We reserve the right to refuse transport of any dog that is not properly secured or that we deem to be a danger to themselves or others during transport. By using our pet taxi transport service, you acknowledge that you have given the correct equipment to ensure that your pet is properly secured and assume all liability for any injuries or damage caused by your pet during transport.

- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: All customers who use our dog daycare services are required to accept and comply with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated or amended from time to time, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by any changes made to these terms and conditions.
- Vaccinations: All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations, including canine parvovirus, canine distemper, canine adenovirus, infectious canine hepatitis, leptospirosis and in some circumstances we may require vaccination against kennel cough (bordetella bronchiseptica/canine parainfluenza). Customers must provide proof of vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian before their dogs can participate in our daycare program.
- Health and Behavior: Dogs must be in good health and not exhibiting any signs of illness or injury. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that we believe may be sick, injured, or displaying aggressive behavior.
- Liability: Customers are solely responsible for any and all damages caused by their dogs while at our facility, including damage to property, other dogs, or staff members. By using our services, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its employees from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from their dog's behavior.
- Payment and Cancellation: All fees for our services are due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit and credit cards. We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations, add ons or changes to scheduled appointments. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a cancellation or late booking fee as listed in the payment terms section at the end of this page.
- Release of Information: We may use photographs or videos of dogs in our care for promotional purposes. By using our services, customers grant us permission to use their dog's likeness in promotional materials.
- Personal Property: Customers are responsible for any personal property brought into our facility, including toys, bedding, and other items. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
- Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate services to any customer or dog at any time, with or without cause. We will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused services.

DOG WALKING
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: All customers who use our dog walking services are required to accept and comply with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated or amended from time to time, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by any changes made to these terms and conditions.
- Health and Behavior: Dogs must be in good health and not exhibiting any signs of illness or injury. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that we believe may be sick, injured, or displaying aggressive behavior.
- Leashes and Collars: All dogs must wear a properly fitted collar or harness with identification tags and a leash during walks. Customers are responsible for providing a leash that is appropriate for their dog's size and behavior.
- Liability: Customers are solely responsible for any and all damages caused by their dogs while on walks, including damage to property, other dogs, or people. By using our services, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its employees from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from their dog's behavior.
- Payment and Cancellation: All fees for our services are due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit and credit cards. We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations, add ons or changes to scheduled appointments. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a cancellation or late booking fee as listed in the payment terms section at the end of this page.
- Access to Property: Customers must provide access to their property, including keys or codes for entry, if necessary as well as details of anybody else with access. We will take reasonable precautions to keep keys and codes secure, but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen keys or codes.
- Release of Information: We may use photographs or videos of dogs in our care for promotional purposes. By using our services, customers grant us permission to use their dog's likeness in promotional materials.
- Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate services to any customer or dog at any time, with or without cause. We will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused services.
- You must give us permission to allow your dog off lead for us to do so during their walk with us. Each walker reserves the right to keep a dog on the lead if they do not feel confident in the recall of the dog or if they feel the situation is not appropriate to do so.
- If your dog shows signs of aggression towards other people or dogs, we will ask that you supply a muzzle and in some cases hazard collars, jackets or leads. If the dog shows aggression towards our staff at any time, the service will be terminated and you will be notified immediately.
- Agreed time brackets may differentiate as discussed on your consultation depending on road conditions, traffic and delays.

These terms and conditions may be updated or amended from time to time, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by any changes made to these terms and conditions.
- Health and Behavior: Pets must be in good health and not exhibiting any signs of illness or injury. For animals requiring medical treatment, we require a veterinarian's approval and will follow their prescribed treatment plan. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that we believe may be sick, injured, or displaying aggressive behavior.
- Access to Property: Customers must provide access to their property, including keys or codes for entry, if necessary. We will take reasonable precautions to keep keys and codes secure, but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen keys or codes.
- Liability: Customers are solely responsible for any and all damages caused by their pets while in our care, including damage to property, other pets, or people. By using our services, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its employees from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from their pet's behavior or medical treatment.
- Payment and Cancellation: All fees for our services are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled visits. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Release of Information: We may communicate with the veterinarian treating the animal, and use photographs or videos of pets in our care for promotional purposes. By using our services, customers grant us permission to communicate with the veterinarian and use their pet's likeness in promotional materials.
- Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate services to any customer or pet at any time, with or without cause. We will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused services.

- Boarding Duration: Boarding fees are charged on a per-day basis, and customers are required to pay for the entire duration of their pet's stay, even if they return early. Customers may be charged additional fees if they are late picking up their pet.
- Medication: We will administer medications as prescribed by the pet's veterinarian. Customers must provide all necessary medication and instructions for administration.
- Liability: Customers are solely responsible for any and all damages caused by their pets while in our care, including damage to property, other pets, or people. By using our services, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its employees from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from their pet's behavior.

We reserve the right to refuse transport of any dog that is not properly secured or that we deem to be a danger to themselves or others during transport. By using our pet taxi transport service, you acknowledge that you have given the correct equipment to ensure that your pet is properly secured and assume all liability for any injuries or damage caused by your pet during transport.
Payment Terms and Conditions:
- All invoices are due and payable on the 1st of the month following the date of the invoice.
- Late payments will be subject to a late payment fee of £5 per week, starting from the due date until the date of payment.
- Payments can be made by cash, manual bank transfer or card payment through our online booking system, and should be sent to the following account: Bank Name Cashplus, Account Name Little Paws Pet Services, Sort Code 08-71-99, Account Number 75265700.
- If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any services until the outstanding balance is settled.
- In the event of a dispute regarding an invoice, the client must notify us in writing within 3 days of receiving the invoice.
- Any costs incurred in the collection of overdue payments, including but not limited to legal fees, court costs, and collection agency fees, will be the responsibility of the client.
- Late booking fees of £2 will be charged for any services requested less than 24 hours before they are due to begin.
- Late cancellation fees will be charged at the full rate for any services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
- By agreeing to these payment terms and conditions, the client acknowledges and accepts responsibility for payment of all fees associated with the services provided by Little Paws Pet Services.
- Payment for holiday pet home visits and small pet boarding is due in full at the time of booking. Your booking will only be confirmed once payment is received. If payment is not received within 7 days of making the booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice. All fees are non-refundable.
